A New Castle County resident for over 30 years, I am very familiar with northern Delaware and nearby Pennsylvania. I am dedicated to providing superior service to both buyers and sellers in my service area of Delaware and southeastern PA. For 2007 I was the 2nd leading agent in the Wilmington office of Coldwell Banker Preferred in closed transactions and total sales volume. I received the Coldwell Banker International Sterling Society designation for the 2007 and 2008 calendar years. My goal is to put this experience and dedication to work in serving both buyers and sellers of residential property. While working in industry and my own service related companies, I have gained valuable skills in customer service, communications and negotiations which I will put to work to help you in making your real estate experience enjoyable and rewarding. I am a 1965 graduate of the Pennsylvania State University where I earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Electrical Engineering. I worked for the Westinghouse Electric Corp. in East Pittsburgh, PA for over eight years. After earning a Masters Degree in Business Administration from the University of Pittsburgh, I moved to Delaware in 1976 and worked in the Dupont company's Medical Products Department. In 1995 I opened Rowles Electronic Services, Inc., which did business as Dial Electronics, to service consumer electronic products for individuals and businesses.

While with the Dupont Company, I held several technical and administrative positions, including supervisory positions in Manufacturing Engineering and Quality Assurance, Supplier Relations and Purchasing assignments. In these assignments, I received extensive training and experience in interpersonal skills, negotiating, contract management and customer focus.

During my time in Delaware, I have been active in purchasing real estate for both personal use and as investment properties.   As a Coldwell Banker Preferred REALTORs sales associate, I now focus my efforts in negotiating and facilitating contracts in the real estate profession. A husband and father of two daughters, I understands the importance of matching the right home to a family's individual needs and lifestyle.

When not working with clients, I enjoy golf, reading, computers and trying to keep up with the real estate market. My wife Cindy and I are also the owners of the Goddard School in Newark, Delaware, a developmentally based preschool. We have two daughters who attend the University of Delaware in Newark.
